The Environmental Protection Agency (ARPA) of the Aosta Valley (Northern Italy) ensures the control of the physical, chemical and biological processes characterizing the environment in its various components: air, water, soil and solar radiation. In this context, it is in charge of monitoring solar ultraviolet radiation, stratospheric ozone and aerosols through radiometric and photometric methods. ARPA Valle d'Aosta is partner of the Euroskyrad network since 2012 and manages a POM02 solar photometer.
